The Only Three Interview Questions You Need?

Spotted a post today by George Bradt  that was published on Forbes.com entitled Top Executive Recruiters Agree There Are Only Three True Job Interview Questions.
The article states that the only three questions an interviewer really needs to ask are:
1. Can you do the job?
2. Will you love the job?
3. Can we tolerate working with you?

Essentially, what these questions seek to determine is valid: Strengths related to what we need done; motivation for this specific opportunity; fit in our corporate culture. Of course, you would have to ask many supporting questions to probe for details, but this is really the simplest expression of an interview framework that I’ve seen, and it works for me!
